Yesterday was the Second Sunday, and tomorrow will be the Third Sunday. A kind parishioner has offered to provide us with palm fronds for Palm Sunday, and it should be interesting to have those still green. We normally have the dried yellow ones that come in plastic bags. We had the Sacred Heart devotions after Mass this morning, to pray for more religious vocations for the Diocese, and that put me in mind of that old Catholic classic that my mother used to so love.
